The residents of Paloma Creek, any and all surrounding areas, that may find advertisements for the businesses listed on this website understand that we do not have any direct affiliation with them, thus they are not endorsed or recommended by any entity listed above, including, but not limited to their boards, owners, vendors, employees, agents, members, residents, and/or volunteers. By allowing them to advertise on our website, we are not endorsing them and you are hiring them at your own risk. If you have a customer service issue, we ask that you contact the owner/operator to resolve any potential issues or concerns. We are not an intermediary.

We reserve the right to deny ads based on content and/or ask for revisions.

Volunteers understand that they should not confront a suspect during the commission of a crime or after seeing it occur. They will NOT get involved in a conflict with the suspect. They will not attempt to make a citizen’s arrest, “hold” the suspect for authorities, or insert themselves in the situation in a way other than safely observing and reporting. Volunteers acknowledge that it is unacceptable to harass or stalk a convicted or alleged criminal. They understand that anyone who participates in any kind of vigilante justice will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They will observe and report crimes in progress to 911 and use the non-emergency number for all other issues that are not urgent in nature. They understand that there are joining the Paloma Creek Neighborhood Crime Watch at their own risk. They, and any potential heirs, HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE Paloma Creek Neighborhood Crime Watch, City of Aubrey, City of Aubrey Fire Department, City of Little Elm, City of Little Elm Police Department, City of Denton, Denton County, Denton County Sheriff's Office, all five FWSDs, Paloma Creek HOA, North Lake Estates HOA, as well as the entities' leadership, members, employees, volunteers, representatives, elected officials, and affiliates not liable for any and all claims that may result from any claims and causes of action, including, but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or lawsuits that may result from their actions.
